I posted on their blog at www.igeneric.blogspot.com to be open and transparent about their operations and their procedure. I also asked them to reveal who are their staff and what they can do for people who have been scammed. I also asked them aboout their contract that they want the consumer to sign and their charges.
They did not post my comment, neither did they reply.
I am very disappointed as they appeared to be genuine about helping people in their blog. But as Michael said they are probably wolves in sheep's clothings trying to make a quick buck for themselves.
I am still waiting for them to respond. If they are genuine they will be open and transparent. If they don't respond I leave it to you all to come to your own conclusion.
